Bulldogs v Brisbane Broncos
1.50 v 2.50
A tough match to pick, but Brisbane look set to fire because they have a lot of pride to play for this week. Watch for a Brisbane win if Mason doesn’t play for the Bulldogs.
Manly Sea Eagles v South Sydney Rabbitohs
1.25 v 4.00
It’s tough to see Manly get beaten here, but the Rabbits are showing improvement. Their defense is one of the best in the comp right now, and a bet on Souths at +11 (or even +12 would be better if you could get it) might be a good one.
Cronulla Sharks v New Zealand Warriors
1.40 v 3.00
Another match that could go either way in our books. The Warriors have been VERY close in most of their recent matches and it could all turn around this week. This will be closer than expected. Tip is NZ.
North Queensland Cowboys v Melbourne Storm
2.33 v 1.61
Melbourne are almost back to full strength and will be very tough to beat. The Cowboys would have trouble with Thurston playing – but with him out it will be almost impossible. 1.61 for Melbourne is good value.
Penrith Panthers v Sydney Roosters
1.44 v 2.80
The Roosters have been improving and could have sprung an upset before losing a couple of key players this week. Panthers to win.
Parramatta Eels v St George Illawarra Dragons
1.25 v 4.05
The Eels are very short to win this match – poor value in our opinion. They should win, but it will be close.
Wests Tigers v Gold Coast Titans
1.38 v 3.10
The Titans are due for a big performance. Wests to win with Titans to win at +8 start.
Newcastle Knights v Canberra Raiders
1.50 v 2.65
This will be a close match and Canberra at 2.65 is great value. The Knights have a lot to play for this week – should win.
