West Brom felt that their perseverance paid off as they worked hard to emerge as the winner. Even supporters that still turn up for their game felt that they favorite team is finally experiencing the break through. It had appeared that the last 10 minutes was a threat to West Brom as Man City looked like they were coming close to an equalizer as the final score. Such things do occur often and everyone was feeling the heat.
The opening goal clearly displayed a team effort with Luke Moore finishing claiming his first goal. It marked a change as the team felt more encouraged and it set the pace for the entire match. Man City attempts to get ahead of West Brom was constantly met missed opportunities.
Carson went on to lit the light for Man City who thought that they finally had the chance for at least an equalizer. Amidst from rejoicing their equalizing shot, Man City let their guards down only to see Bednar coming in for West Brom’s second goal.
It would have been a fair game if the game resulted in a draw; however, it is reality that only the best team wins. Regardless, it is a good start for the festive session with West Brom emerging as the winner.
